The installation of our Bellfire Fireplace insert was done in a very professional manner. When finished, everything was cleaned and vacuumed. We have used our fireplace often and enjoy it very much. I acquired 4 widely varying estimates. It became clear that simple sealing of the cracks and mortar joints was insufficient, so those estimates were thrown out. The “Radtke Chimneys” estimate and a local chimney service estimates convinced me of the level of repair needed. Radtke’s estimate was hundreds of dollars less that of a local chimney service despite including more extensive repair. – Greg Paton
